From November 23 to December 21, the Caviar was in the spotlight at the Hotel Le Place d’Armes !
Our Bar Le 18 and our restaurant Le Plëss proposed a CAVIAR BESTER CLASSIC aperitif accompanied by a glass of Deutz champagne. The latter also suggested 2 caviar courses à la carte :
Starter : Salmon tartare, Bester Classic caviar
Main course : Linguine with Caviar Sterlet Malossol
As for our gourmet restaurant La Cristallerie, on Fridays, November 23rd, December 7th, 14th and 21st, offered the possibility to taste an exceptional product during a Caviar discovery aperitif accompanied by a Cognac Louis XIII Rémy Martin followed by a 6-course dinner composed by our chef Fabrice Salvador.
